Refund and Return Policy

At AP Design Studio, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be in unused, original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at support@apdesignscreativestudio.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Processing Time:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- For credit card transactions, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Shipping fees and any taxes paid are non-refundable.
- Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for refunds unless damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, you must return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@apdesignscreativestudio.com with photos and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns for:

Items returned after the 30-day return window.
Items not in original condition or packaging.
